Had a conversation with a new horse owner yesterday. They wanted to know how long it takes to “learn horses.” Didn’t have the heart to tell them you never really stop learning.
Twenty years in and I still get surprised. Every horse is different. Every situation teaches something new. The day you think you know everything is the day a horse proves you wrong.
